    Extras
    1. Clear out a cupboard of junk!

Toots - I have finished the main Tuesday list. Thanks re the presentation, he is just fine tuning it now. I think the garden centre option is a nice one, I may go and buy two climbing roses to grow over the porch so we have the winter flowering white honeysuckle, then the wisteria and then the roses. Needs to be pink, scented and capable of climbing 8-10ft she says pottering off to do some research......

Mudbath, congrats on the caravan and good luck for tomorrow.

By the looks of the advance user list you were the 54th person to join the forums!!! makes you a real oldie! :rotfl: :rotfl: and apart from Matin and MSE Andrea you seem to be the oldest person posting.:D :j

Well all the good the kids at placement have done saying I can't be 30 so I'm not old... and you go and post that  Makes me feel ancient :o:p:rotfl::rotfl:

It never rains here.... not only have I had to deal with the TD & WM since I last posted, DD has shouted me up to her room twice and now my landlady has phoned about whether I'll be wanting to renew my tenancy agreement  The answer is Er yes!!! I've just double checked and she's a month early :rotfl::rotfl: She also asked me about whether I have found a house in Wigan yet...er No would be the answer. I'm just wondering what happens with my housing benefit claim? I wonder if signing a new tenancy agreement means I have to reapply or not coz if I did then I would be under the new rules and ALL my rent would be paid ;) I'll have to speak to the job center on Monday....

Right, off to heat up the wheatbag again, strap it on and then get on with my work..I'm on the last pigging question of unit 1 and there goes DD knocking again :mad::mad:
