i removed alot of programmes before i did all you adviced , then restored my pc to an eraler day of the week now i have programmes in my remove/add thing but when i click remove it wont let me either says file not found or just make a not go sound (lol if you understand me ). my avast is also sayng system detect a prc error whats that ??

oh no

you sholdnt have done a system restore as there would have been trojans hiding in it

Open SPYBOT, UPDATE and IMMUNISE and SCAN

reboot and install AVIRA in its place (At least for now)
Download AVIRA ANTI VIRUS (Click 'DOWNLOAD NOW')

Run a FULL scan with Avira

Please dont do anymore system restores

Use REVO to completely remove incredimail

ok thankyou very much ill crack on and do what you said .....is there any way i can transfere all my inbox and sent detail to another email address before i remove incredimail beacuse i do use it, its got letter in it i would like to keep ??

i run a search and destroy on spybot what do i do click fix selected problems ??? i dont want to mess anything else up lol

ps. how do i work in safe mode ??

Fix problems with spybot? Cant recall now but its retty self explanatory (Just tick andclick NEXT or whatever it is)

safe mode ~

Boot up and keep pressing F8 until the menu screen comes up
