Sky hd plus is no different

It seems SKY HD boxes dont look as good dislaying SD as normal sky + boxes (Which is COMPLETELY wrong to my mind)
It will probably be at its best displaying 1080i.
However, if you can connect a scart that displays 576i (NOT p), then that would almost certainly be a better picure (And use HDMI for HD content).
That appears to be the general message I got from a number of hardware reviews I read. It was backed up by my own experiences with HD hardware.

That is why I use another sat receiver for SD - but , of course, that doesn't help if the only sat source you have is the Sky + HD box !0
