Doesn't work they will NOT reinstate the orders which were cancelled.
They have even denied making any further refunds since the first day (evidence above of refunds given just today)
They are rude, non apologetic and will not be getting my custom online again. >:(

Ordered 5 bottles, got 2 delivered at full price. "It was all we had left" was the quote. Phoned CS who refunded the difference. Decided to go to local Tesco and surprise surprise loads on shelf. Went to .com staff in store, argued the bit and got another 3 for £5.01..Tee Hee!!!!! Guess who's getting rat arsed over Crimbo!!0

Ordered 3 bottles - charged full price and complained as above.
Told i would get a full refund on the 3 bottles. I didn't ask whether that meant all the money including the £5.01 cost per bottle or just the difference.
Seems each customer response person is doing different things when they are contacted0 -

After bombarding Tesco's with emails about treating customers differently, ie honouring the full order for some customers and only offering me 2 bottles I have now been refunded for all the 1 litre bottles of Smirnoff Blue Vodka that I bought.
Anyone else who wants to fight their case....the lady that emailed me was Jean Mckinlay, (Customer Service Manager)
