Mine was also debited and refunded today so i got shopping including 2 x 1 Litre bottles of Vodka and a crate of beer and groceries for £43.00 cant complain

do you think i would stand ANY chance if i rang then (i cancelled my order yesterday when i got the email) and said that a friend had recieved the goods at the stated price and this is why i cancelled would they re-enstate and honour???

i imagine this would be pushing it bu they do seem to be admitting they have made a mistake and honouring it?

what do you think .... cheeky MSEr?????

My Tesco Vodka order arrived today.  Ordered 4 bottles was charged full price for all 4.  

Phoned customer services who gave me the option of having 2 bottles at £5.01 but £14.98 for the other 2.  They refunded £19.94 to my account and I'm going to claim a refund for the other 2 bottles.  Bonus!  ;D I'm gonna have a very merry christmas.. hic!  ;)

just gpot mine
game 40 mins before schedule so i wasnt there to sign and write subject to internetprice on the delivery

but phoned cust services and spoke to a scottish "kevin" who couldnt understand why it should be cheaper,
he had a word with a supervisor and said he would refund the difference. ;D

glad i didnt cancel my order when i got the email now ;D

Doesn't work they will NOT reinstate the orders which were cancelled.

They have even denied making any further refunds since the first day (evidence above of refunds given just today)

They are rude, non apologetic and will not be getting my custom online again. >:(
