When I tried I tried the Yeovil babylon Hill store, bu have remembered that I also reserved two at the high street store.  Can't be bothered to try again, but if anyone wants to try the high street, I'll let them have the res. number. As there are two, if you get lucky, maybe we could have one each?

i was refused these earlier at 14.99
my partner then rang them and we now have the dvds at 14.99
more fuss and the more you keep on at them, u get it in the end.

I have been reading this forum for a while but not often enough to get any really good deals but this time i got lucky.

I was reading this thread yesterday and tried to get it for £14.99 and the site said £14.99 but it went up to £23.99 in the trolley so i gave up.

Was going out shopping today anyway so quickly checked this morning and to my surprise i got it for £14.99. Was out of stock at most places in my area but managed to get one at Gosport which was a short detour from where i was going.

Got there and it was an old scummy argos with old logo etc and when i went to the till they said it was £23.99 like has happend to others but luckily as it was a shoddy store a young supervisor came and corrected it after seing my printout.

I think I was quite lucky as may not have gotten away with it at a bigger store. ;D

I reserved 9, yes NINE at the Goole store last night. Turned up this morning not whether I'd get them - lad at the till told me they were £23.99, I showed him the website print out and he went to speak to the manger. Came back a few minutes later and said it had been changed on their system so grand total = £134.91 !!!

I was relieved there wasn't a "scene" and chuffed to bits!

Probbly give 2 or 3 away for Xmas, keep 1 and sell the rest on eBay in the new year.

Before I left the store I checked and they still had one left but I thought I'd had a good morning's work and leave one for someone else.

Aren't I kind?!!

Reserved mine online at £14.99, drove to store and manageress refused to sell it for that price saying it had gone up to £23.99.

got nowhere with her, she refused to budge 1 inch.

phoned customer services.... they said it was up to the manager to decide, but acknowledged it at £14.99 on her system.

phoned Head office to complain.... they said there was a disclaimer saying that .. the price was not guaranteed due to time taken to update the website etc etc..  they said it had gone up to £23.99.

just checked again...site says £14.99  at 15.45pm

you could try filling out an ASA form...as they should remove the website price...it could be argued that the ad is misleading, so you could get it at that price or they should refund your petrol....sure the latter will be more..ahem!

Do i take it from your post you were refused at a stockport branch ?? Cheers.

you could try filling out an ASA form...as they should remove the website price...it could be argued that the ad is misleading,

I went to the website of the ASA last year to make a complaint about a website selling "miracle" vitamin cures that was promoted by a through the door flyer. The flyer made no false claims but the website did. The letter I received in response said that even though the website was flagrantly dishonest and that the company was in the UK they considered that they had no juristriction over advertising on the WWW! So don't expect the ASA to use their teeth on anything avertised on the web.

Managed to reserve one at Redhill (Hailsham also had some but the rest of Sussex didnt!!).

Just hope they honour it!!

it showed none instock at stockport, so I have tried ashton and salford.... both refused. >:(

if you get success.... go back in and get another for me ....pleeeeeeeeease ;D ;D ;D
