All is not lost for people with a reservation, Ive just been down to Strood Argos and picked up the box set for 14.99. (Many thanks to mancalled chip for the number!)

It came up on their tills at 23.99 but on production of the price from the internet they couldnt be happier to oblige.

Give it a try youve not got long left though!

i had to make a 30 mile round trip only to be told it was £24 and they wouldn't budge - unfortunately i didn't see this thread until after! I phoned the head office once i got home they said i could get it for 14.99 but i had to phone back tommorow. I have just reserved a copy in my local store online for £24, hopefully i can get the customer services to tell the local one to sell it for 14.99. Thanks to the original poster!

It seems yesterday when you added Star Wars to your basket, it came up as £23.99.
Today when added to your basket, it's £14.99 again ???

Might be an idea to phone your store first to double check before making a trip down.

R&R this morning @ 830 and got it for 14.99 on e-mail and page. Tried ringing local store informed price was 23.99 and told to ring CS to discuss been trying to ring for last hour, me thinks everyone trying same thing!!! >:(

it is listing on their site at the moment for BOTH 14.99 and 23.99!

search for "dvd" and its in the Sound and vision menu on pages 1 (14.99) and 2 (23.99) (sorted by lowest price first)

same stock number!

but both say 14.99 when in basket (at the moment...)
