    Right i have downloaded the printer now when i go to print the homework out a message comes up in a box saying windows cannot print due to a problem with the current printer setup ?

    OK. If you go into Printers on the control panel do you now see the Lexmark printer listed? Is it set as the default?

    What programme are you printing from?
