I have cushionfloor vynil in my tiny kitchen - and it gets thoroughly cleaned when my feet start sticking to it, about once a week, otherwise its vacuumed every day. i just use my cheap pound shop mop and bucket, hot water with a splash of vinegar and a few drops of washing up liquid, which leaves it grease free with a lovely shine, my OH uses all purpose cleaner which leaves it dull. allways know when he has done it for me!0

Forgot to say that when I'm down at floor level with clean. soapy water I get to wipe marks off kick boards and bottoms of unit doors which I often don't notice from standing!0

We sweep/vac everyday and mop a few times a week just depends how dirty it id with 3 dogs and 2 who like digging, seems to be more often lol. Oh and we use a drop of flash sometimes a little bleach just depends as we have a parrot so can't use to many cleaning fluids
Got down on hands and knees with a scrubbing brush the other days and cleaned all the grout out. With light cream tiles and cream grout it was really dirty. Couldn't belive it when i had finished looked like a totaly diffrent floor. The grouts now back to looking dirty again lol ah well0 -

I've got the re-chargable flip-it, thanks to the Grabbit board I picked one up for £10 before it was discontinued.
I love my flip-it for a quick daily swish around, so much quicker than a brush/vacuum then mop and it's very light so doesn't bother my back (the one you've linked to looks bigger & heavier).
Quick tip though, use the vaccum side first everywhere then flip it for the mop side otherwise once the pad gets wet it doesn't vacuum very well.
As much as I love it and it is quick I don't think I'd fork out £70 for the new one, they're great for a quick pick up & clean but not as good as a proper brush & mop.
The plug in flip-it may be much better though, mine doesn't suck up spills or have the different heads for cleaning.Dum Spiro Spero0 -
I find this works pretty well - cleans my entire flat in about 10 minutes:

I also got the re-chargable flip it when it was on the grabbit board for £10. I love it and use it most days. BUT I certainly wouldnt pay £70 for it.0

Is the re-chargeable one by Bissell too?
Is that its name?
