(I want to cancel my order of 14th because after tomorrow morning there will be nobody around thats able to receive delivery of a 'heavy' package on a weekday for 2 weeks!)

Just placed another order. Has anyone tried the Chicken pie filling? What is it like?

I ordered some of the chicken pie filling, but I haven't got my order yet, will let you know when I have tried it. I didn't realise it was dried and had to be reconstituted with water lol I have no idea what it will taste like! :eek:

Hi - my order dated 16th March was delivered today by the alternative courier as 2 very heavy boxes! I didn't receive a delivery email either, but as I'm also in most of the time it didn't matter too much. Very, very pleased with my order - very well packed, no damage. However, i discovered that 4 tins of grapefruit were missing so I emailed the company and received a reply and a refund within the hour! Will definitely be ordering again and have been telling my family and friends all about them too!

how many boxes do you normally order? i used to just order 2 or 3 boxes, but i dont want to run out of them..lol...

We went into the warehouse on Saturday to collect an order I'd placed last week. They also have the warehouse opposite now to cope with the internet orders and it has different stuff to the normal warehouse. Dan told us to go and have a good sort through to see if there was anything we wanted which was not in the other warehouse or on the internet yet. He says he has also taken on more premises which can only be good.

They were all working really hard so it's not good to hear other people are having problems. If it's any consolation, I am sure he is trying hard to get things right but he'd be the first to admit there are still issues.

I've been fortunate to have few problems and, when they've arisen, they've been sorted out quickly but I'm sure if that's not your experience, it must be very frustrating.
