I'm not keen on bakin boys for some reason - hubby likes them though - but i'm not fussed they do nothing for me. (Odd one out or what )

I must admit to being a tad miffed that orders from the 16th have been received yet my card was charged on the 13th and i have heard nothing!! I am in Scotland so was unable to use the cheaper alternative courier, no despatch email and no goods as yet! very dissapointed

Me too, I am a lot closer to the warehouse than you though, I think they are still having problems with despatching orders in chronological order, maybe the night shift are still not doing things as they should? As for the Bakin' Boys cakes, I have to agree, myself and my teenage son find them a bit sickly but my husband seems to really like them.

Order from 13th (alternative courier) delivered about an hour ago:D
All there, no damage, (& very nice delivery bloke - insisted on carrying it all into the kitchen for me - ok I'm very, very pregnant, but still very nice of him:D)

If only your experience was representative of the 'norm'.
I'm still wating for a reply to my 'status request' email via Google Checkout (re: my order placed on 14th) that was sent early on Saturday morning, having failed to get through to either of the phone numbers on Friday. )

Have just had my order (placed on the 14th) delivered by DHL, I had no email notification but luckily I'm in most of the time. Packaging was superb and no substitutions. Absolutely delighted and now got enough goodies to feed a small army!

That (lack of communication) seems to be the continual thing and is a problem for me.
As I type I'm on the phone to AF (the 'warehouse' number) and it's been ringing, unanswered, for 5 minutes so far....in fact I've now given up.
