Yeah right, that's why you bought 10 boxes. Everyone you eat is now costing 10-20p.

From reading the threads and my own experience I think that with quick fix things- refunds etc- they are great. However, when they get an email about something more complex, they don't seem to send a 'holding' email to say they are looking into it, or that they will get back, and so that is why some enquiries seem to go nowhere. I got a very quick refund for damaged goods this morning- there was curry sauce everywhere...

Just to let you know that the BB cakes should be back on again tomorrow.

If anyone has any defective packaging, please let us know who you are and the nature of the problem so that we can trace its source.

Just like to say I really like the alternative courier- the only problems I've had have been when dhl have delivered and I think the boxes have a really bumpy ride- I appreciated the quick refund on the sauces, but its a waste when they get squashed on route- I'm not sure if bubble wrap would have helped or not. I think if you can't rely on the boxes staying upright those big bottles are going to be tricky, as they are not strong sideways on.
I love the catering size stuff however- what a bargain the arrabiatta sauce was- we love your stuff! Thanks again

Had my delivery yesterday and i recieved someone elses order!! Recieved email within 20 mins and had full refund for what i had originally ordered and can keep the order i recieved!! Had to pay a visit to a neighbour as i got sent 16 bags of cat food when i havent got a cat, thought about turning it into a pie but had second thoughts lol!!!

they have cross and blackwell cheesy macaroni on the site,my little lad lives of that stuff and best i have found is iceland 2 for 89p AF price 5 for £1!

i chose the other delivery this time as my order was heavy. it was disatched yesterday eve and i ordered sunday. looks like they are well caught up now again. should have it in the next couple of days.... do we get tracking info with the other courier?
