I can't believe the turnaround on delivery times- its admirable. I ordered 7pm on 24th March and the order has just arrived- 9am on 26th by the alternative courier. I'm speechless....well done AF from a very happy customer. :j

Thanks for posting details of the emailshot, I have signed up for the e-mail newsletters twice in the last few months and I haven't had any at all. I only just got an order anyway so I won't be placing another for a few weeks. Is it Lift lemon tea? My Mum and Dad used to love that.

I've ordered from them before and it took about a week before they sent the dispatch email.

Ordered from them on Tuesday. Got the dispatch email Wednesday and will hopefully receive the goods today or tomorrow!!

AF seem to have really pulled their socks up since my last order, it took 10 days, I received it on Tuesday.
If turnaround time is now just a few days then that is a huge improvement, now if we can just get a dispatch e-mail as well, then that would be fantastic. :j
The quality of packing is still very good except for crisps and other items in 'soft', non-cardboard packing, although I honestly can't see how crushing them can be avoided. Even if the crisps are placed in the top of the box, another box placed on top of that one would soon squash them.
We tried the rosemary and olive oil pretzels last night and they were miraculously not broken at all, very tasy too, but a little salty so it stopped us eating a huge amount, which is a good thing!

i ordered on sunday eve.... so i am hoping it might be here today as some of you ordering after have yours..... service has really improved

my order arrived around tea time so great service. it is all here. not sure who the alternative courier is sorry.... it was just a white van, for me anyway

We received our order yesterday afternoon and as always were really pleased with it. My mum was tucking into the popcorn and myself into the skittles before we had sorted everything out of the box lol!!!

Packaging was great and the top was packed with bubble wrap even though all the heavy stuff (which wasn't much just 3 boxes of lollies) were on the bottom. Everything inside was either nicely packed into smaller boxes or carefully packed with bubblewrap etc.

Although we haven't opened them yet the gluten free cereal bars look really yummy lol!!!

Why is it things get taken out of your basket when you've put them in?
I have never managed to get any bakin boys and then i just got a box in my basket to find that when i check out they've gone. This has happened before is it only me? Not worth me ordering now though as only a small order.

I ordered evening of 24th and received today too!!

Don't know if other people realise it, I didn't, but some things are available under the £1 section which aren't on the main bit of the site where you would expect to find them. I thought the frutini juices had all gone, as they weren't in juices, but found them in the £1 section :-)
