Approved food general discussion part deux

I am one of those forum lurkers and thought I would finally add my opinion!! We are a family with 4 kids, 2 dogs and 2 cats and I love approved foods!!
I placed my first order when I first saw this thread back before all the hype and publicity. Yes it was much quicker delivery back then but I think its gradually getting better!
The food is great, occasionally we get something we don't really like but thats not a major problem. Ive done 5 orders now, 1 of them was shown as shipped and never received by DHL, I emailed AF and got a very speedy apologetic reply and box repacked straight away, some things out of stock by then but I got a few new things added so it all evened out,
In a nut shell, yes it can be a bit slow to arrive but with 4 lunch boxes to fill plus the inevitable snacking I find it great, it does save me money and the kids love seeing what new goodies have arrived, they have never had so much variety! The chocolate raisons were gorgeous and having just received 64 packets of in date mini pringles for £2.04 I was very happy. I love getting our boxes and will carry on using them. I have been fortunate in that I havent had that many refunds and no obscure substitutions.. hopefully that will continue.

Just had a DHL despatch email so hopeful;ly will get goods tomorrow plus i have an Asda order coming tomorrow so dont know where everythings going LOL!!!

ooooops i think i bought them all, i thought they were individual but it was packets so i have so so many boxes but keep feeding them to all my guests

Yay, I ordered on the 7th so hopefully will have it early next week! :T

I've ordered loads of 'lunch box' stuff and I hate buying it in the supermarket now
