That doesnt sound too good. every order i have had the only problem has been the wait but other than that they have thumbs up from me. Im waiting for my 5th order dated 5th March!!

received my 2nd order todat. I plced it on 2nd March and all if fantastic. Its all there and well packaged. Can wait to try the mandarin sorbets and the kids are dying to get at all the pringles amongst everything else. My son is wanting me to place an order for him now as the prices are that good and he even joked about selling the stuff at school to make a profit...... hes only 13 and turning into a bargain hunter and a money maker.

just email dan his email is on the website
thats what i did when i needed to speak to dan and he sorted the problems instantly.

just got a refund for 2 cases of fruitini apparently as it takes the package over the weight limit so a bit dissapointed this order was placed on 4th march with the alternative courier

That's a shame. I placed an order on the morning of the 4th with the alternative courier as well so hopefully mine's on its way.

I have received 2 orders - with a 3rd on the way from approved foods.

Id like to offer my humble...balanced (i think opinion)

- Great now they tell you if out of stock at time of ordering, was a bit disappointed on first order when 1/4 was refunded. Refund was full and instant in fairness but meant i hadn’t taken advantage or ordering up to the weight limit – chance to order move or alternative product would have been good.

- Really rate the deals on pop and 'kids' drinks, as heavy order a few each time to spread the weight!
- Impressed with the dry snacks and cakes all yum
- Stocked up on soup, sauces and stuffing for the next year!
- Polish chocs were lovely and for £1 is great

- Products i wont be reordering are
fruit based drinks and pots (e.g. delmonte pots and fruit juices as i found them quite tangy and unlike other products could notice the difference in them being past best before date.

I find the turnaround time for delivery reasonable as i was warned about a delay on entering the site and this is a bonus shop for me as still have too do supermarket run weekly for fresh stuff...if youve got the storage to stock up this sites ideal for bulk buying treats. Items package well and DHL give a good service.

The last time my mum and brother visited the warehouse my brother bought a few bits for my 13yr old nephew to sell on at school lol. He's already a budding entrepanuer (sorry can't spell it lol). Good luck to them I say lol!!!
