Why has the other thread been completely removed? Are people no longer allowed to post genuine experiences unless they are positive? If there were any posts specifically in violation of forum rules they could have simply been removed, this kind of heavy-handed moderation makes the whole forum look bad.

Gah away from site for a few hours and the thread disappears. Did something happen this morning or was it just deleted because of the accusations by mdecker?

how very strange, got a partial refund on some salad cream, no worries about that,however dhl tried to post my parcel. The strange thing is that this is my 10th parcel from af and each time i have had a dispatch note to track, did not get one of those this time, so was unaware of it arriving, cant wait till monday for it to come so off to baisingstoke in the morning to collect my goodies. Once again thanks dan.

Yes, I would have thought that after the Iceland debacle, MSE moderators would be *very* careful to ensure that visitors to this board had *all* the information they need to inform their buying decisions.....

That's a bit unfair, if and when there's no evidence of what was said by who.
From what I remember there was no specific accusation or allegation, only a point being made suggesting that taking payment in the knowledge of being unable to supply was either due to incompetence or 'crookedness'.
Also from what I remember that was followed up by the same poster who said that he/she did not believe that Dan is a crook.

How very strange!,the last comments were between me and jaytin regarding my refund.

Then a post by cooltrikerchick(sp?) saying she had pm'd two other members. Maybe they asked for it to be closed? Maybe the mods could tell us why it was closed?

I have to agree with you, it's starting to look as if cheering and shaking pom-poms is the only acceptable feedback on what I THOUGHT was meant to be an impartial and unbiased site for people to post their experiences, both bad and good!
