Maybe you should try restricting your comments to the subject, as per the suggestion in the opening post.

Oh, as far as the opening post is concerned, I don't think it was either sensible or helpful to say "if you want to accuse anyone of dishonesty, phone your local police station" because it could be understood as suggesting there might be some justification for that.

It may also be an idea to give your staff some pointers on telephone ettiquette - the person who rang did not identify herself or state the nature of the phone call and failed to ensure she was actually talking to the right person until about half way through the phone call and much confusion from one of the people I live with.

Got to admit yes every1 is entitled to their own opinions and I wrote mine on the previous thread but I am gettin tired of all this bickerin now I don't no about anyone else?
Please can we let people have their opinions (if they can write them without being nasty or name calling) and jus return to a kind of happy thread please. xxx

If the other thread was removed due to certain accussations then it would have made more sense to simply remove the specific posts rather than the entire thread, complete with the feedback and experieces that people had taken the time to post.

But hey, that's one way to ensure there's no bad publicity. :rolleyes:

Was there about half an hour ago.

It does concern me the reaction to people criticising AF, for very good reasons too in some cases, it all got quite vindictive at times. Surely people are entitled to their opinion.
