Hi ..I have been on your ebay sales, and ican recommend everyone to nip and have a look, but it will make you hungry with all those foody soaps! my order is already in!
i suppose you will have to get the email recipient to report it for you, they will prob have to forward it to ebay. i dont know if there is a route you can go down to find out who it is,only to ask the customer yourself for info. Short of looking at the competition that is!TO FINISH LAST, FIRST YOU HAVE TO FINISH....0 -

she has had an email from someone who has said that their products are better than mine and suggesting that she buys theirs instead.
lol - I guess that means your products are so good that this person has had a drop in sales!!
In advertising, one is permitted to make claims about competitors, providing they are true, but this person can't just state that theirs is "better" without providing proof that they have carried out testing. Technically what they doing is illegal... (unless they have carried out research and benchedmarked your soap against theirs, proving that theirs is "better" in specific catagories such as er.... PH value, consumer preference, er.... meltability?? - I'm not sure how you'd classify a soap as "better"!).
Should've = Should HAVE (not 'of')
Would've = Would HAVE (not 'of')
No, I am not perfect, but yes I do judge people on their use of basic English language. If you didn't know the above, then learn it! (If English is your second language, then you are forgiven!)0
