    back to OP's point about a website - have a look at EKMPowershop - £20 per month, and it is no more difficult to use than eBay.

    It's pretty much a ready to go website and e-commerce solution in a box.

    Thanks I will have a look at that, any help is very welcome. On this site most people are really friendly and helpful and I suppose we get spoilt!

    I'm fine now, it was just an unexpected surprise. I am very confident about my products and this perdos obviously isn't confident about hers. Next time this happens I will just be cross about it!
