Cheap Broadband

Today's e mail tip for £5.99 broadband for Plusnet does not apply if you are in a "low user" area. My phone code is 01673 (covers half of Lincolnshire!) and they will only give me £5.99 for 3 months. It then goes up to £11,99 - still a good deal for me.
I also tried the Be tip for the unlimited and they don't provide a service in this area. Not all as rosy as the e mail made it out to be.

Read the small print, if you sign up it is now an 18 month contract, I have been with Plusnet for several years on a monthly contract while I cannot complain about the product, it does what I want and need, I would certainly not change to one of the new packages and tie myself in for that long, especially as the broadband field is changing rapidly from day to day.0

I can't seem to find out how to post a question to people on this site who MIGHT be able to respond so hope that this isn't on the wrong board..
a.How do I post a new messge here to the correct place?
b.Can anyone recommend a broadband supplier for the following usage:
1. lots of land line and mobile calls both during the day and evenings and w/e to both landlines and mobile numbers
2. use of internet to collect e-mails and occasionally to download a few pages of information e.g a route from the AA or RAC . No games or TV watching.
3. now using BT (contract completed) and getting paperless bills on line.No reliance should be placed on the above.0 -
