  • Good Morning Everyone,

    I don't feel particularly sparkly today, I'll have to go and do something about it!

    Today I have checked online banking,
    5 eggs off my chickens so far this morning - they've gone into overdrive I think!
    Daily scratchcard
    I will - List a few items on eBay (I think it will take me a good 6 months to get rid of everything)
    Bake some bread
    Ask on Freecycle for some artex for my hall ceiling
    If I've got enough time do some work in the garden.

    Have a fab day everyone, currently sockless!
    I won't buy it if I can make or borrow it instead
  • :j I found £10 quid in the shoe box - as I am the only person in the house who uses the big wicker shoe box - I am assuming its mine:j

    Walked dogs to work which is doable if a bit chaotic exercise and saving petrol.:D

    Really need to think about the citreon - its an expensive 'dog kennel' I invariably have one car in one place or another - its a joke - I am broke and I have two cars :o

    Waving

    gush about the wedding on saturday
    Housemate is cooking me tea tonight (awwww)

    He always does this, he senses I am perturbed about something and then does something nice before I can talk to him about it. Like when we were together (about 2 year ago now) he hadn't come to see me for about 10 days and I was narked to say the least, he surprises me by taking me to the cinema to see a film I had mentioned in passing months before that I wanted to see.

    Also, here is a photo of me graduating in July, was an awesome, awesome day. Only just managed to get some photos though.

  • Morning all

    Just having a quick break amongst lots of cleaning. My brother (who is also my landlord) had to replace the chipboard beneath the bath and replace all the sealant as bath was leaking. You can imagine the mess he left behind.... Such fun cleaning that up. Am sure I have sealant stuck to the bottom of my foot....

    Anyway...here's todays list...

    * Cleaning...lots of. Cleaned thru upstairs already.
    * Borrow Mums bath to bath Piglet
    * Borrow mums shower to wash my hair!
    * NSD - apart from fuel which is budgeted for
    * Storecupboard dinner
    * Check on-line banking
    * Have heating off...seems warm enough without it
    * Do any surveys that come through
    * Do some comps if I have time

    Thats about it for today I think

    Have good days all

    Miss P
    xx

  • It was a great day, even though murphy tried to ruin it. My parents couldn't come because they are marketeers and it being the height of summer, they couldn't afford to close the stall for the day. So my older sister and her partner were going to drive up and be there for me. About two days before, my older sister rings me up in tears, the car has packed in and they can't get up. I consider not going to my graduation and my mum tells me that I am. So I ring up a couple of mates and they said they would come and support me. So we have a girlie sleepover the night before, go to the ceremony, then my housemate turns up afterwards and treats me to coffee and dinner. So all things considered, the day went really well.
