    Morning all! :hello:

Trying to type this with DDs running round getting themselves dressed so hope it makes sense LOL!

    Today I shall:
    • check online banking after 9am - should have Sure Start grant arriving in:j, and also some charges going out
    • buy some cheap big jiffy bags to post ebay maternity clothes I sold - put three items on and made just about £30, going to get photograping later and put some more on this evening hopefully!
    • phone up council about arranging standing order for Council Tax repayments
    • doing some HM baking/cooking: biscuits, soup to use up potatoes and leeks from last week, which will hopefully go towards lunches for OH. Also making sausage casserole, need to buy meat sausages (LOL only got veggie ones in as OH only meat eater out of 4 of us!), will use half then remind myself to freeze the rest so they don't go to waste like I forget to sometimes :o
    • check credit card account online to see if cash payment made last week has shown up yet to pay off amount over limit
    • take girls over to library this afternoon for minimal travel (across the road!) half-term activity (that doesn't cost anything!)
Fully anticipating feeling extremely tired so I shall forgive myself if the baking/cooking gets put off til tomorrow, am now 40+1 pregnant and playing the waiting game!

LOL can I mention my moneysaving craving - ice cubes! Can't get enough of them - in fact need to go and chomp some now! :rotfl:I'm not weird honest!

  • Morning all:hello:
I'm feeling very lazy - tis the middle of half term and I've done bu**er-all so far, just been so lazy. I have college work to do, I need to write my personal statement for my UCAS application and the house is a mess:o I was so tired yesterday, I slept in the afternoon:eek: On the other hand I do have Crohn's and it's been playing up a bit recently so, as my Mum says, I should rest while I can - I just feel I'm wasting half term not getting things done:confused:

    Anyway...enough waffle...here's a list for today:
    • Daily scratchcards
    • Check online banking
    • Take car for MOT (so no NSD:rolleyes: )
    • Check ebay listings
    • Iron clothes to list on ebay
    • Take photos of clothes
    • College work
    • Do any surveys I get emailed
    • Do some cleaning in house
    • Ring C+G again
    That's all for now:p
I really need to sort out a new signature!

Morning all, didn't get a chance to look at the thread yesterday but had quite a good day moneywise considering it's half-term.
    1) Took B to meet her friends at ice-skating and used a 2for1 code to pay. Also had lunch at Subway on 2 for 1, and used bus instead of paying for parking.
    2) Bday present for her friend from the Boots Xmas sale.
    3) Scratch x 10p
    4) Online survey
    5) Delighted to see I had been given 1000 Piggypoints for signing up for daily scratches!

Today..1)Taking B to see Twilight using Orange Wednesday code. She has seen it twice already and is obssessed with the books so wants me to watch it so that I know what she is going on about, bless. Have sweets ready in my bag!
    2) Dinner already cooking in slow cooker.
    3) Will take T to playbarn using season ticket this afternoon after I collect him from child-minders. Normally I would be at work, but I'm on annual leave so if he still goes to the CM I get to have some girly time with B.
    4) Online scratch x 10p.
    5) Popping into work anyway to collect some money owed to me from Petty Cash.
    6) Must collect ink-recycling bags from Mr T.
    7) Hunt for cheap special chocolate pouches to send off for free cinema tickets.
    8) Have my car loaded with baby gear to take to my sister's friend who is driving up to visit my sister today and delivering it. This will save my sister some money and me some space!

Hopefully I will achieve some more as the day goes on. Have a good day all, See you later,
    L x
