Hi guys - can I play?
Just out of interest, if it's a girl, will you still put her in it? I would but then that kind of thing doesn't bother me :)

Congratulations and welcome to the pregnancy club  .

The outfit is a 3 piece (A blue stripey sleeveless jumper, White T-shirt and Brown corduroy trousers) I was thinking that the White T-shirt was fine for a girl, as are the trousers if teamed with a "girly" top. The jumper I thought I would stick on eBay if it was a girl. The whole lot was in the Sale for £7, so I wouldn't be losing much if I only got 50p for the jumper.

EDIT: TBH, the whole pink for a girl, blue for a boy thing doesn't bother me either, I would rather have something more "individual" and like bright colours as well as neutrals and yellows

Morning sickness was back at its worse yesterday, can't believe I forgot how bad it was, it was only gone for a matter of weeks!

I'm wondering, would it be silly to go back on medication for it? I was so pleased when I felt well enough to stop, but don't know how many more nights like that I can manage. Its worse now though, because I feel so sick, and then get a massive kick in the stomach!

sadly not, they are coming out every week to weigh her but i dont think this helps as after she has thrown up everywhere she wants to be refed so really she isnt doing without? last night was the hardest as i felt there was nothing left to feed her and she was screaming blue murder? was very tempted to give her a bottle of emergency formula as i was close to breaking point. luckily my boobs started to fill up and i got her fed and asleep but feel exhausted today?

she is sound asleep right now but i have bouncy chair and 5 outfits so far to wash? thats only since 8.30:eek:

so whats the plans for the rest of the day ladies, am hoping to eat lunch and attempt some ironing, have given up on setting myself so many tasks as it just doesnt get done! xx
oh dear how about making the house warm and keeping her naked, just hose her down then :D
Does she keep the 2nd feed down tho? I've always wondered about these things.
Chris would occasionally thrown up a whole feed usually in the night all over me and the bed but would still seem satisfied and go to sleep  he never woke any earlier even though he'd essentially skipped a feed

Anyway what I actually came on here to say was I got really ratty (imagine hormonal, fat person waddling round town centre when its full of scumbags and people everywhere) trying to find some bras, nighties etc. I was a miserable old bag when after a few shops I was still empty handed!! I managed to get some nighties that are BF friendly with buttons down the front for £3 each, they had black, pink and grey ones with dots on them at Primark. quote]

I got those nighties on saturday. One in black and one in grey - the biggest size they had was 18-20 but I figured that should be accomodating enough! I didnt get the pink one because it looked a little see through!! They also had some lovely white with coloured polka dot spotty pyjamas but sadly none in my new pregancy size!

I wanted to try them on (to make sure that they were user friendly!!) before I spread the word here but you got there first!

No idea on the bra thing, I got some in debenhams sale on Saturday. Have you tried figleaves, they often have codes/reductions floating about.
Proud Mummy to Leila aged 1 whole year:j

Lots of the ladies on here get "told off" for being "fat"
Krystal finds it helpful to smile and nod while giving them the finger in her head ;)
I think its the only thing you can do besides refusing the appointments, just think of the extra scans as opportunities to see your lovely bubba again.
Well done on only putting on 2lbs!!! thats amazing!!:T

Sami sometimes she is so hungry that she throws the second feed up also but i think its due to getting herself so worked up. other times she keeps it down. am staying clear of all juice today and tom though, only drinking water and milk so will see if that makes a difference?

i bought the primark nighties and they are great dont put them in the dryer though lol! the buttons up the front are great for feeding. as for bras i could actually do with a few more nuring bras as im getting changed so much have to keep ptting normal ones on on vest tops until bras dry lol!

Who says you shouldn't be buying?:p buy when you want! I did/do :D
I saw the most gorgeous little white cardi in MC yesterday but I just couldn't buy it ifs far too expensive for clothes in there!
If you find out its a girl I suggest Boots, Next and for cheaper stuff Tesco, Asda or Sainsburys have lovely red and navy girls stuff ;)
What is ur due date and I'll pop you on "the list"

Oh no, don't encourage me lol!

It's 16th September. We had the scan and he didn't give us a new DD, just said 12 1/2 which was kind of spot on, so we're working with 16th.
Congratulations and welcome to the pregnancy club  .

Thanks! Outfit sounds nice, and v adaptable. I agree about the all pink/blue - bright and funky sounds a lot better. Only had the slightest of peeks into the world of online shopping and there is really nice stuff out there, just seems quite pricey a lot of it. Must keep CC under lock n key!
