quick update, mw called to do 3rd sweep, and said bouncing opn ball must of helped, as head was further down, and cervix was better.
anyway managed a sweep, which was bloody uncomfortable.
been out shopping and felt uncomfortable & started to get niggles, have now had a show, and defo got the start of labour pains, will update later if i get chance. heres hoping for a speedy delivery, ta for those all important labour vibes.

Was very good. I was the only person alone, but everyone was very nice so I didn't feel too out of place. The leader structured it very well with the group work so I wasn't left out! The ladies seem really nice, and hopefully I'll make a few friends.

I'm absolutely exhausted today, bump has popped out even more, I'm struggling to stand up he is so huge.

Got Birth Plan appointment tomorrow, so hopefully that'll ease some worries. NCT class gave me a few bits to think about, and I've made a note of some things you lovely ladies have said, and I should get it all sorted tomorrow!

A bit random, but where would I find info on how much babies/toddlers should eat? Is it in the 0-5 NHS book? Sorry to be lazy.. I've got a headache and baby seems to be jiving and making me queasy so I don't want to get up
