I know alot of the drink driving ads we get here are different than the ones in England, but do yous get the one at the minute where the guy sees the little boy everywhere?

Elle the amount is a bit small but not massively with him having a mid day bottle too but I would say kids that age are usually grumpy for one of 3 reasons; hunger, tiredness or teething at that age Chris would sleep 12-13 hours at night with 1 or 2 naps in the day totaling about 3hrs.
I do agree on the fresh thing and having the same thing for lunch and tea is well boring isn't it?! when Chris had jars I would give him jar A for lunch and Jar B for tea and then the following day B for lunch and A for tea and I'd try to give him 2 fresh things a day ie 2 pieces of fresh fruit or a fresh fruit snack and 1 homecooked meal...
A lot of kis are fed the way you describe tho as my sister says only yellow food (chips, crisps, bread, nuggets, mash...)

Yep we have that one :(
I think its a very good ad in that it gets the point across very well.
But Chris finds those ads upsetting along with the RSPCA and NSPCC ones I wish they would only show them after say 7pm when LOs aren't watching.
When a new NSPCC one comes out he cries the first few times he sees it :(

Fair dos.. I did think the portions were a bit small. He is teething and I thought it would be an idea for him to have something to gnaw on (carrot sticks?) or soothing (cold grapes?), but they won't give him finger foods as "he'll only mess about with them" - isn't that what babies do?!

Me and OH always comment when we end up having "yellow tea" - I think it comes from You Are What You Eat :D

 you can guarantee their kid will be one of the ones I can't stand that doesn't know how to hold a knife and fork coz he's only ever been allowed to stab at his yellow food with a fork
I'm a bit tight and don't let Chris eat his breakfast himself coz he does make a complete mess but he feeds himself lunch and tea sat at his little table and yes he used to faff about with carrot sticks and fling bits of grapes etc all over the show but thats what they do! - If you don't want to spend the rest of your days cleaning up don't have any kids :p
