I had a panic last night  what if bubs hide his/her bits on the scan!!
I almost rang up to move it forward, I'll be 30+4 i think when I have it.
Those of you who have had extra scans what do you think??

Sami, as its private it won't be as rushed as the NHS ones and they might send you out for a cold fizzy drink and chocolate like they did with me! :D. Although sexing has never been an issue with both of my 4D's - now getting them to move their arms and legs away from their faces was a different matter!.

Obviously you know that the later the scan the less room there is for baby so it probably does get more difficult. The firm I used only scan until 32 weeks.

....... want doner meat, chips with chilli and garlic sauce now even thou I'll regret it.

Sami - Believe it or not, that's me at home but not in the outside world. :rotfl: I have lots of 'hats', home slob, work casual, work posh, footy casual and footy posh (dependent on who I am likely to meet!) and my very posh party hat.

People don't recognise me from one day to the next, I might have blond hair, brown hair, wear a wig - whatever takes my fancy at the time!!!!

  • Is it just me or does anyone else think that the old wives tale about boy bumps being all front and girl bumps being more on the hips etc true? Am i crazy? I felt it was a boy because it's all front like my last pg which was a boy and my girls i had a smaller bump but put loads on my hips!!
If google doesn't know it, how should i?
  • I'm on the blue team yay! Will have 2 of each :j

    Congrats, Nik!!! :j

I had lamb chops, baby potatoes with green tails and roasted parsnips for dinner, yummy. Though, DS1 who is 7 only just realised that lamb chops come from lambs and that they are killed, so had an interesting discusion where he asked exactly how they died. This is made all the more interesting as every year we go visit my friends new lambs (she has a small flock that started out as a few orphaned and abandoned and injured lams that she hand reared). She names them all and tells us who is being kept, who is being eaten and who is being sold

Speaking of DS1, we were watching Lion Man the other day about a guy who runs a sanctuary for lions and big cats. A tiger had a cub and was suckling so he asked about it and we talked about breast feeding... so now I am going to feed the baby like a tiger! :D But I've not to do what the tiger did and roll over and smother the baby, he was very insistant about that!
