    yum Haribo - tangfastic

Patient bought in a bag of these yesterday - I almost polished off the lot. Love them so much - now I want one. We had pancakes tonight as we couldn't be bothered last night.

Everytime you guys talk about something food related - I want it - scones, haribo, buttons

I want a nice unusual name for Bean but everytime I think of one OH says 'I'm not having that!'. Was thinking the other night - isn't it funny how names come in and out of fashion? Everyone says about Ethel, Mavis being old fashioned (You catch my drift) but when our kids our older will our generation's names be old fashioned??????
Thinking back to my school days and how you rarely hear of babies with these names nowdays
Tracey, Stacey, Michelle, Angela, Patricia, Lisa, Tina, Gary, Kevin, Keith.

    Anyone else agree?

Are we the only saddo parents who are planning on setting up a proper webcam ...
We have a spy camera in Chris's room thats connected to the TV which will be moved to bumps crib when he/she arrives :o:D
    Evening ladies.
Had my first labour scare this afternoon...not that it was a scare because I am praying for it but I thought things might be making a move.
I am feeling absolutely and massively pregnant, I can't sit for long because it is really uncomfortable. I had terrible backache and super strong braxton hicks.
Hubby is still convinced Bubba is on the way...we shall see.
I think you are in very early labour :T this bit could be on and off for days tho  I want to see a babybug!! *stomps foot*

Hey guys any advice RE kettles??
My kettle keeps fusing the entire sockets in the house so we are going to buy another one. My OH really wants one of those that does boiling water in 3 seconds but I am sure i have read that you can't make up bottles with them as it's not ACTUALLY boiling water. I am off to google but I wondered if anyone knew anything??
We have the Tefal quick cup - Like it very muchly, had it since July and no problems with it so far.
No you can't use it for bottles as water isn't hot enough - it explicitly says so in the instructions so we have a £4.99 Tesco value jobby for bottles
If you live in a hard water area the ones with built in brita filter are brill....
can't use filter ones for bottles either they make the water too salty

Sami - how's your foof and your ceiling (nearly put roof!!)?

OH and I have decided to go ahead with Nuchal scan - MW scared him a bit and he's been worrying ever since. We were swayed today when we found out he can't come to dating scan  so we will book NT scan for one evening to have test and so OH can have a look at Bean. £150 at Liverpool Women's (bargain) and OH is paying :j
Foof is the same which is better than it getting worse I suppose
Don't warrington do the nuchal scan then?? I know they do private 4D scans out of hours so would have thought they could do them

and £150 isn't a bargain :money::p the place I'm going is in St Helens so closer (if u go up the lancs you'd drive past it to get to l'pool) and £10 cheaper. Its run by 3 sonographers one of which is also a qualified MW, another is an "expert in complex cases" do u want the web address? xx
The very best is sometimes what nature gives us for free.
