Weezl - we have had a curry and sex and I have been walking and a little bouncing on my gym-ball (BTW be careful if they are not proper birthing balls ladies - they can pop apparently!).

So tomorrow you're moving on to lobster, castor oil and nipple stimulation? ;) Perhaps best not to find a way to combine these 3

A friend of mine was using salt in her bath for her stitches and had a horrendous infection after her baby... With Aimee I had a bottle of aromatherapy oils the midwife had given me for during labour, I put some of this in a bath first thing in the morning (because they smelled nice) and I used dettol in the bath last thing at night... My stitches healed swiftly...

MFD and Weezl, you'll have milk... I'm sure if you looked up hand expressing techniques and tried them out you'd get a couple of drops of something... I've had milk a while but I fed Aimee for 3 years so it just appeared a bit sooner... I haven't leaked yet, but if I squeeze it comes out... or when I'm in the shower... Oh and hubby hates me squeezing a little out then rubbing it behind his ear when he has his back to me in bed ;)
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...

:rotfl: I shouldn't laugh but Dh has returned from his first jaunt back at rugby training in uhmmmmmm many years lol - apparently after 15 minutes he threw up 3 times and he's still weezing - unfit !!!!!! ;) He's feeling very sorry for himself so I'm not counting on any help putting the buggy together tonight - infact I just had to run him a bath, bring him a bottle of water and 2 pieces of toast the poor boy.
I pointed out to him that next time he took the mickey out of me getting out of breath from going up a hill or stairs I'd remind him of this moment... he looked a bit sheepish so have left him to stew in his bath ;)

    Funny tho ;)

Money maker I want to work where you work! They sound far nicer! :) Oh well - tomorrow is another day so just taking them one at a time :)

Where had she been keeping her salt?!?! :D
i should have said I thought I spotted a bit of milk on my nip when I felt something poke it (Still finding random bits of hair in my bra from when I had my hair cut ) so I gave it a lil squeeze and a bit of milk appeared.

Krystal while ur here have u ever heard of older siblings liking bmilk when they haven't been BFed? Just wondering if I expressed a bit for Chris once my milk is in would he benefit from it

There's probably evidence somewhere that he'd benefit from it and it definitely wouldn't hurt him (human milk for human children...) I suppose it's just down to wether he likes the taste. It doesn't taste like cows milk... I certainly wouldn't think twice about giving Aimee a cup full if she asked...
