Morning ladies
well 14 weeks now and was told yesterday that i was blooming, to be honest if feel really well.Went to the christening yesterday and had a 'skinny' day, not had one of them for monthes, tbh i fit back in all my normal clothes, so was pleased with that, i was getting sick of wearing baggy stuff|!In all fairness i think i may have lost a little weight cus my clothes are a bit lose, alll that trouble i had a few weeks ago looking for a dress for my BF wedding, i neednt have worried, went to principles and got a gorgous dress in my normal size reduced from £80 to £25, just need a good bra now to keep it up!!
On the names front, i have loads of girls names
Jessica (my fav)
isobel (izzy)
Amber
Olivia
Evie( love this too, but son is ethan and sounds too similar)
Boys names, uwan!! is that how you spell it??
So last week when i was telling you all about my work place and that the pregnanceis happen in three's, well number 3 made announcement that she was 10 weeks, so now theres three of us, the manager will be having kittens!!
Started my baby draw last week too, got the sterilizer a few weeks ago from asda, tesco had the pampers wipes on offer, muliti pack of 6 for £3.66, got a few of them and some tippee bottles which were half price, been told not buy anymore cus the girls at work want to but me baby stuff when i go on mat leave....bless.
gonna go have some brekky we are starving!!!!
cherrio...always on the lookout for a bargin always better when its free!!:T0 -
Ness you can spell it Ewan or Euan
Personally I like Euan... but then it's my husbands name so I'm likely to be a little biased
I did find at the 12-14 weeks I had lost weight too thanks to the persistent morning sicknessbet crash diet I've ever been on :rotfl: obviously NOW I look like a heffalump but I guess at 28 weeks it was always going to happen *bah humbug*
My hips are absolutely killing me again today - I didn't even do much walking yesterday! They're not as bad as yesterday morning but that was a whole new level of pain in all honesty... moving about does offer a bit of temporary relief though it's sitting still after moving and sitting in one position all the time that seems to agrevate it
I hate being broken *sigh*
On the positive then we went and saw a friend yesterday on our way round and had a cuppa - and she said I was blooming but she thought I was smaller than she thought I'd have been at 28 weeks - I could have kissed her! Settled for a big hug though hehehe Loads of other people have said they were amazed at how big I was... yeah cos that's a nice thing to say to a pregnant woman! Idjiits!DFW Nerd #025DFW no more! Officially debt free 2017 - now joining the MFW's!
My DFW Diary - blah- mildly funny stuff about my journey0 -
I'm still here, still holdin on, older ones back to school today (yeah).
My bathroom actually has had the shower put in now, just some finishing touches to add to it. Another room done done, I will get the house finished this year.0 -
I am definately not blooming anymore. My skin is awful and i feel out of breath even walking up the stairs!! I also love the name Ewan but DS2 is called Owen so dont think its a good idea. At present we are settled on Travis Cole and Caitlin Rose. What does everyone think?
However DS2 was going to be Ashton Finlay right up until the day he was born and then we looked at him and decided the name didnt fit.0 -
congrats Kurjam on your new arrival.0

right off to work hope you all have a good day... elle enjoy your trip

Hi Jillie (I suspect from our user names we may have a birth date in common!;))
Just wanted to say that I still have that feeling about being unwilling to buy stuff and I'm 39 weeks on Thurs! Needed the girls on here to instruct me severely to buy my car seat this weekend!!! The only thing I've actually bought is that and some gripe water! Luckily we've got lots of hand-me-downs and freecycle finds or we'd be stuffed:D

Have new bedroom carpet being fitted on Saturday - new bed coming on Monday and then can organise the cot.
Literally have a handful of things left to get and some of them can wait until baby is here. Am in the process of washing all the baby clothes and today is only the first day of my maternity leave. Havent I done well.
wwooaahhh Slow down chuck or you'll have nothing to keep you ocupied for the next 6-8 weeks
I am impressed tho!
Well I woke up at 10:37 this morning and literally had to drag Chris out of his cotHe's like a teenager and he's only 2!! god knows what time he'll go to bed tonight now, and there was me thinking we were getting back into a decent routine!
