Hi
I have been going to RC since the end of September. I really enjoy it, we have a fantastic consultant. I gained my 3st certificate yesterday (only 5 more to go:eek: )0 -
I like the Rosemary Conley diet, I find it easy to follow and stick to. I was following online but need to make cut backs, so I have her book now.0

I tried RC - loved the exercise session after weigh in but personally found the diet far too restrictive and time consuming which didn't suit my personal life.
I know someone who lost around 10 stone on RC though - she looked amazing ! I have minimal will power but all power to you for taking steps to lose weight. Good luck x
EDIT: Forgot to add that when I did it, you could attend as many other RC classes as you liked purely for the exercise class - which saved a fortune as opposed to joining (and paying for) exercise classes at the gym. Don't know if this is still the case now though x0 -
Isn't she that raddled old skinbean?
May have it wrong, but if she is that raddled old skinbean, I'd rather not.
(checked it out and couldn't find a non airbrushed pic. looks good but was the one I thought. No doubt her ting works - she's 63! May have to look into this further)
Best o luck with your endeavours!

Just so long as you stick to your daily calorie allowance, then don't worry. You have to ENJOY your diet, otherwise it'll never work. (my biggest problem is how small the portion pot is for wine!!!)Sealed Pot Challenge #021 #8 975.71 #9 £881.44 #10 £961.13 #11 £782.13 #12 £741.83 #13 £2135.22 #14 £895.53 #15 £1240.40 #16 £1805.87 #17 £1820.01 declared0 -
Can I ask, do you get "told" what to eat? Or (as a poster suggested on the first page) you get a calorie allowance for each meal / snack and can eat anything as long as it's less than 5% fat and within the allotted allowance?
Thanks in advance.Start Date: 27/11/2010

You don't get told what to eat, Intergalactic (cool name!), but there are suggestions of what a typical portion is and you don't have to stick to the same thing every day. You are allowed "snacks" and these are generally fruit, but the little booklet tells you how much/many sweets you could substitute as one of your treats.Sealed Pot Challenge #021 #8 975.71 #9 £881.44 #10 £961.13 #11 £782.13 #12 £741.83 #13 £2135.22 #14 £895.53 #15 £1240.40 #16 £1805.87 #17 £1820.01 declared0

I go to RC classes every week but only for the exercise - I think it is great value for money. I don't do the diet but use the weigh ins to keep me going on my own diet. I don't do low fat....0
