My BB speed never slows down at any time of day or night.

I've been with tiscali for over 3 years and at times they have driven me mad! Their customer service is non-UK, which I don't have a problem with except that I spend about 10 minutes trying to get them to understand my name, which considering a) I speak the Queen's English and b) they are charging me 25p a minute a bit of a cheek!
Once they spent nearly 30 minutes talking me through a connection problem which they said was my computer, which I later found out was actually at our exchange and if they had just tested that first they would have known that. They put you on hold interminably (for which you are paying) and it's generally a very frustrating process.
In Computer Which they recommend O2 - scored 5/5 across the board and have UK, FREE help. If it wasn't such a bore having to tell everyone you've changed your e-mail address (yet again!), I'd jump at it!

Ive been with tiscali wireless b/band almost 12mths without a hitch, my connection doesnt seem to slow or drop,
I didnt want to choose them coz of all bad press on here but we dont have many options where I live. Also set a neighbour's tiscali b/band up a couple of years ago and thats been fine too.
