Can all you bloggy people please explain in idiots terms what you have to do with a blog and how you do it and how much it costs and everything else I need please? I love looking at peoples blogs but know nothing about them and doubt I would be very good at it.

    Free!
    Simple!
Write a post about whatever you want, upload pics quickly and easily and click POST!

We basically mostly use blogger (google based) Register and away you go!

You can set up a basic template from there (in a wizard, very easy) and then if you want later on you can set up a pretty background, up to you :)

You don't have to be 'good' at it, you can blog about ANYTHING :)

    I am officially an idiot.

I decided to make my friend a card for her new baby. I knew it wouldn't be great but still it'd be nice.

Spent AGES deciding on the layout (this is where i'm rubbish because I can follow instructions but i'm not all that creative) I finally decided on one, it was quite simple but pretty. I had then printed off an insert with a little message...I stuck this on some pretty backing paper and stuck it in the card....

    UPSIDE DOWN!!! :rotfl:

I swear if my OH hadn't been laughing his head off so much (in a nice way) I think I would've cried but I laughed too luckily! I am hopeless!! :rotfl:

I may try and make her another really simple one before I go see her (hopefully tomorrow) but not bother with the insert or anything too fussy!

    Oh deary me!! :rotfl:

Jammy re your blog, I really liked the pic you posted of the frozen leaf...so anything like that really. But pretty much everything Mel said would be great :D
 Think happy & you'll be happy
    I :heart2: my doggies

Hayley that sounds like the kind of thing I do ... an example this evening I have made something for someone (can't let on too much as she is on here) I decided to just get started and I did it all wrong!!! ... turns out now it looks quite funky ;) and made it unique so I have just left it :D .... I will post pics once I know she has recieved it ... well providing she doesn't hate it!
