Had a great night (and morning!) Wasn't brave enough to wear the corset, so went for strapless scaffolding bra and black halterneck top. Looked quite sedate until I took my jacket off. Kinda took his breath away x

Sounds like it all went well!! Good for you!

    Afternoon all
Posted a couple of ebay items off today & gave my SIL her pressie (recycled xmas pressie :) )
Am going to go hit a "mucky" junk corner in a bit, might end up doing more than 15 mins, either way I'm sure it'll help. Ebay challange sounds good as I keep listing the odd bits & bobs, & the dates are fab if you want to list things at 99p or below
"From 12th March 2009, there's no Insertion Fee if you’re a private seller and you list your item in the auction-style format with a starting price of up to 99p (eBay.co.uk) or €1.49 (eBay.ie). Final Value Fee rates are also changing."

Thanks for the ebay info I really need to get back selling on ebay getting rid of the pile of unused new stuff in my house and making some money!! For [STRIKE]craft buying[/STRIKE] being money neutral!!
Is it just on 12 March or forever after that date???

Good evening ladies :hello: Been trying to post on here all day and somebody or something keeps distracting me!

Big hugs to everybody who is feeling a bit down, stressed, has poorly little ones or just wants a hug :)

Mel - everything you make is so so beautiful, I really do love looking at your work :D

mhagster - tell the snow to stay there!! Unless it's going to come down very thick and heavy so it looks all pretty, I don't want any! :rotfl:

Rainmac - that easter egg looks great! I want to try and make one! :j

Sorry for forgetting people, i've been reading this thread on and off all day and I can't remember what i've read!

Woke up with a shocking headache this morning, felt really crappy all day really. My dad rang me at 5 to see if I had set off to meet him for his hospital appointment, I was still in my pj's and had totally forgot :rotfl:Had to run around like a loon getting ready (with a poorly head :( ) They checked him over, took blood and said he's got to wait for an appointment for a CT scan and an EEG (he had a fit a few weeks ago, he's never had one before)
My best friend/cousin had a little girl today :j Well I say little, she was 8lb 4 oz little chunk! :rotfl: I was at the hospital about an hour after she'd had her and I soooooo wanted to go and see them but she wanted her little boy and her OH's parents to meet her first (which is totally understandable) I hope I can go up tomorrow though :D She was in labour for over 24 hours and ended up having a c-section bless her. They're both doing fine now though :)

I had kind of put the whole baby making on hold (on hold in that i'm still not on my pill and we're still BDing! So not really on hold :rotfl:) but I am super broody again now! Might get OH upstairs after the football :rotfl: Sorry is that TMI?? :o

I think I am going to try and make my friend a handmade card....which is quite brave really because I only made those two the other day and haven't done any since, but I shall try :D

Okay i'll stop waffling now :p
 Think happy & you'll be happy
    I :heart2: my doggies

jammy - if you don't mind me asking - which is your blog? I've got 4 blogs bookmarked - Mel's, Liberty cottage, K's random vocalisations, and Paddingtondoo's marmalade mutterings.
And thank you, yes - I am keeping my angels well occupied. :-)
