You could always go to Home bargains and get some shadow boxes.. then you can have a bit of depth to your work? When putting things in photoframes, I put the pictures in and then put the flowers etc on the outside of the glass. They need to be covered in pva first though so they can be dusted without damage

You should be happy ... cause I am 1 day older before you! I haven't made you spend any money! you are making me spend money :rotfl: no really you have!.... I have to go buy 4 frames and some glue and another couple of books and then sit and hope DHL turn up with my squeezy thing!

My home bargains doesn't do them shadow boxes I keep looking but there is never any in there. I even looked yesterday Not sure how well the flower on glass would travel to Bulgaria or Tamworth in the post to my step mum and MIL? I will have a look see though see how it all comes out.

Thanks Rusty I think it looks different because I've only used spotty ribbon on the middle layer - I usually do the bottom and top tier with spotty and the worded ribbon in middle but as I am getting quite low on spotty ribbon I thought I would swap them around. I think I prefer it the other way though

The shadow boxes are not there not in mine anyway I wouldn't criticise their age as they are nice and young and worry free

But I won't be a whole year older than you! I would only be a whole DAY older than you

And whilst technically you shall not be a year older.. I can still have the satisfaction of saying.. 'here is my old [STRIKE]friend[/STRIKE] Flanger.. she is 26.. I'm only 25' and people will say 'MY GOSH I never noticed how radiant and young you are before Mel.. you don't look at day over 25'.

Oh and P.S those PINK chocolate fruits look seriously WRONG.. are you trying to kill me or just calling me fat?

I wasn't calling you fat :rotfl: I knew if I just put chocky or sweets on you would complain that I was trying to make you fat so I compromised and did chocky and fruit which is healthy ... not you are accusing me of calling you fat!
