I'll be 26 this year and it gets scarier by the day! I hate it when a song comes on that feels like yesterday and then I work it out to be 12 years old.. ARGH!!

mum2one - thanks loads for the Quidco list, I'm a Quidco newbie but do try and remember to use it if I'm buying something, have a grand total of £6 or something so far since signing up at the start of the year :p :T

Sounds like you had a fantastic day baking, my DS1 likes to decorate cupcakes - he makes so much mess  but has lots of fun ;). Wish I was a neighbour of yours, would love someone knocking on my door and handing over some cake - yum yum :D

Rusty, glad you made it to work, OH was working and didn't get back till midnight so while he was away I managed to book a cheapie holiday (Haven, used Quidco too :D) and ordered some more Basic Grey papers :o. We went on a Haven holiday last year using Tesco vouchers so in effect it was free but you can't use Tesco vouchers there any more so booked it on the Haven website and got a half price holiday (taking DS1 out of school for a week in June so prices are much cheaper) and will get 6% cashback from Quidco. We had a great time last year so hoping for more of the same this year :D

Have a great day everyone :T

Quite shocked with Tesco no longer doing the Haven vouchers, we booked last yr for this yr 2 weeks in Blackpool, pd for week and part 2nd one.
Noticed that they now do Park resorts vouchers, their sites are basically the same as Haven (obviuosly different locations), but may be worth a look if anyone was looking for a nice hol. We stayed on ty Mawr a few times,( 3 miles from Rhyl, nice site). x

    Morning all!
For once OH's to do list is longer then mine today:j.

I had a great day at the wedding yesterday - fortunately I went a bit early as I ended up dressing the bride and her mum . Was really just returning the favour that they did for me last year.

Nearly set fire to my handbag though as there must have been something wrong with the batteries in my camera as they got so hot I couldn't touch them - took them out and swapped them so was ok - may write to Tesco and complain though.

Was a bit worried at the disco the DJ looked like a train spotter (no offense intended :D) and seemed to be stuck in the 1970's - he was playing Mud and Kenny . I know they had asked for cheesy but really!!!!!

Def complain to Tesco about the batteries, if they were own brand, ask for them to be checked out, that way the complaint has to go to Head Office. You were luckly thou xx
