What a lot of raving loonies! Just read the first and last pages. First of all, 20 pages on washing children!!!! And then a huge argument over who has showers, who is wasting water and who has hurt who's feelings????? Ooooh it's good! Who needs soap operas? Haha, get it?
What a great distraction that was, thanks so much Valli xx :rotfl:

OMG! What a bunch of loons:eek: Remind me not to enter into a discussion with them:rolleyes: We'll probably be thrown to the lions for all the water we use when cleaning!

Hi all, thanks for all of your messages of support, really appreciated.
    Finished yesterdays - yay!

For my HH1 I cleared a mountain of paperwork, which included recycling, filing and shredding. Not exactly energetic, but I hope it counts!

  • Morning All :hello:

Leiela, stardrops solution is the way to go.... maybe a scrubbing brush for the floors? Lots of people on here use a stardrops, water, vinegar and bleach combination for really heavy duty cleaning.

My bathroom floor has a texture to it... don't ask.... but my DD2 spent Saturday cleaning it with a scrubbing brush and a stardrops and water mix. It's lifted all the dirt out, where the mop just glides over the top. HTH.

Mozzy I've found that the only way to guarantee that I get time out when I'm ill is to stay in bed, and refuse to get up. If I try to do stuff, my OH assumes that I'm ok, despite what I'm actually saying about feeling dreadful.

Toots hope you're a bit more chipper today darling. :)

Well the sleepover dilemma was resolved, because the lad went home... DD1 has invited him for a sleepover on Thurs.... and I've told her he can't sleep in the same room as her... she is MOST disgruntled! Ahh well, I didn't become a mother to win any popularity contests! :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl: Good job too!!!!

Ok, off to clear up breakfast, and give the kitchen a S&S. Then I'll whizz through my list.

    See you later
