Well I think this is my third week of Flyladying and it has made for some late nights, as I often don't roll in from work until 8pm.

But it is worth it at the weekend when I have more free time or can clean in more depth rather than just skimming over stuff.

  • I've not quite caught up - got to p.20 and then went to bed. Have got up again as I'm in the biggest panic.
Normally when I get into bed I mentally review what I have to do tomorrow so that when I get up I have a plan in mind - what needs to be done before I go out, what time I need to get up, how I'm going to get where I'm going, what I need to take, what I will wear etc.
Tonight I'm panicing so much about tomorrow that I've got up again. There is no way I can sleep like this. I have to go to the bank and go food shopping for three things. It's pathetic. I thought my agoraphobia was more or less gone. Yeah right. My brain is popping with panic, like having rice krispies in it. And my chest is tight (its ok checked this with the doc its normal) and I feel frozen with fear and can't stop thinking about it. I have to drive 10 miles to the town, find somewhere to park (no mean feat as there are only a handful of spaces near enough for me to get to the bank without freakng out), walk to the bank, the shop is right next door and is quite small so that's ok, and get back to the car. What's the worst that can happen? My rational brain tells me its fine, but my panic is out of control.
Am going to catch up on the thread to distract myself and then try to get some sleep.

Sounds nasty, hope you feel better soon. I was like that a couple of weeks ago, it's a virus. Take plenty of rest and drink water. Try not to get too hot, and get yo family to wait on you hand and foot.

Hope you feel better soon Toots - my inbox is all full again! :rotfl:

What a lot of raving loonies! Just read the first and last pages. First of all, 20 pages on washing children!!!! And then a huge argument over who has showers, who is wasting water and who has hurt who's feelings????? Ooooh it's good! Who needs soap operas? Haha, get it?
What a great distraction that was, thanks so much Valli xx :rotfl:

Agree date to finish utility room... looks like 2nd week in March...
Clean utility room tiles - started... and have had a second go... don't think it'll work...

Rosepink - hope you feel better after the distraction Valli has provided! I'm sure you'll manage tomorrow. Just deal with each step at a time, so first of all make sure you've got a list of everything you need to do. Then make sure you leave plenty of time, so you can keep driving round until one of the spaces you want is free. Then do the first job and congratulate yourself on having done it. Then think about the next thing. Remember, we'll all be waiting to hear how you got on ;)
