nicki my memory is terrible too
toots the 'master plan' sounds like a very good idea, I might do one of those myself for those jobs I avoid
Craftyscholar you're more than welcome to join us :) I've managed to eat/feed to others what would have usually been flung today. I do have some cheese dated 2nd Feb which I plan opening tomorrow, see if it's edible :o so it's not wasted just yet.

How terrible, just watched the 'units they all add up' commercial about women shouldn't drink too much and it's made me really want a glass of something :rotfl: having the opposite effect for me. Silly advert.

I'm having another break, well actually that might be the end of it for tonight. I started nodding off and I don't want 'pen face' again. Been downstairs for peanut butter on toast nomnom and coffee, I was supposed to make hot chocolate but did coffee by accident. Anyway I think the lack of sleep last nights catching up with me so going to change my signature, post my mealplan (I should have done earlier) check bank accounts then bed time I think.
One day I might be more organised...........

I am qualified car mechanic (but haven't worked in the industrie the last ten years), but even I wouldn't touch the new engines. I sort out DH's car (W reg) sometimes with the help of our DS who is 3! :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Great to have another motorbike enthusiast here. :D

*Puts hand up* I quite like bikes too :D;):D

    Me too :j:j:j

Oh and I agree with the engines without fairy starts. I HATE (as does DP) car electrics. Carb engines yay, ECU pooooooo!!!! Sensors that's what does my head in the most. I'm also a tinkerer, well bit more than a tinkerer lol I put the engine in the last 2 cars we had with DP aswell as rebuilding a friends engine (love playing with internals :D ) DP trained as a mechanic, I helped then and when we've had cars I had to muck in, same applies when he fixes friends cars. My 2 problems are being a shortie (engines on stands I need a stool to reach :o and boobs, I get wedged under the car :o ) I was of course a bit of a petrol head before we met (cars, motobikes, planes, helicopters anything with an engine :D ) . Not done much for a while with us getting newer cars but mines out of warranty now, due a service and a timing belt change soon :D :rotfl:looking forward to it. DPs friend is a motorbike painter/accident repair guy and I like visiting his workshops to drool. We wander around Westgate Road looking at bikes saying when the boys are older we'll get another (he swapped bikes for quads about 5 year ago) but I don't know if it will ever happen.

    Morning All

I have loads to do today really but I'm not feeling very motivated at the moment. My parents come back today so might see if they want to come down for tea save them cooking or I could just do meals on wheels. Really need to do some school stuff, ironing, finish DS's bedroom and various other jobs.

Lil-me - hugs - he obviously played quite an important part in your life when you were growing up.

Froddy - are you leaving all your school stuff until your PPA time on Tuesday?

Toots - can I pick the next number? I'm sure it won't take long to do your herb pots - can I have 38 please?

Another bike lover here. We had a few before kids - big road bikes - did many tours on them. Would love to have another one one day **sigh** It's on my 20 year wish list LOL

I've done heaps today, really worked up a sweat!!

    Walked dogs
    Sorted through recycling
    Vacuumed all rooms except bedrooms
Washed floors - kitchen, entry, laundry, ensuite, main bathroom, toilet
Cleaned main bathroom, toilet & ensuite
    Changed sheets on master bed
Went through four of my drawers and have a bag for op shop
Three loads of washing out, in, folded, put away in drawers
Yesterdays & Fridays washing put away in drawers
    Dusted through lounge
    Wiped down kitchen bench
Deadheaded flowers in gardens around house
    Helped OH mow two schools
    Decluttered a Maccas thick shake
Dinner cooked, eaten and mess cleaned up
    DW ready to go.

This weeks sees me part time working, so will try and keep the flow going :)

    HHC 8:00 - 8:30 anyone who's awake yet?

once i do this, apart from putting away what ever's been brought out and keeping the kitchen clear after meals, i'm done for the day.

we've got church this morning, then we're going to metrocentre with ds he wants to go and see a film so if i'm very good i might be able to persuade dh to have lunch out;)
