    SS - should have said... what you're entitled to is 5... so you're probably at around 8 at the moment. Go back to 1 and tell him that if he won't accept what you suggested then you'll have to restart negotiations from right at the extremes of the scale, and you'll only move once he has. Stop being nice... nice doesn't get you anywhere...

    In my head all manner of revenge has been exacted, however the reality is I'll probably have to talk to some stressed and put upon call centre worker who'll probably be in trouble for not persuading me to not cancel the order.

    Triker - grrrrrrrr and well done on the 1lb loss!

    Omg Greenbee that site is soooooooo fab!!! One question...i've put in today's readings (19th) and said that they're 2 days early as it says put them in week ending 15th Feb (therefore 21st). It says I need to put my next readings in on the 23rd (Monday)....shouldn't it be weekly and therefore a week today? Sorry if that's confusing xx
