Just working my way back through the thread. I'm sorry to hear about your horrific experience yesterday. Hopefully some of the other staff who witnessed what went on will bring it to the attention of their manager. That SA should be ashamed of herself, I hope she's taking a little time to reflect on what she said and will learn from it, even if it just means she will stay out of your way from now on.
