Well done suepernan how do you keep getting things to work when i can't? When you used ur acm voucher in a tiny shop did it have a acm? As our tiny local won't let me use my voucher as they don't have a machine.

No reduced NC in BOT well there was empty spaces so must have had some but gone now.

This problem has been mentioned a few times. After it happened to me CS confirmed that ACM vouchers are usable in all stores whether they have ACM's or not.
Next time ask the SA to call CS if she refuses to take your voucher. I haven't had a problem using mine since i tried that.

I've seemed to have lost my bootsing mojo lately :( which is a good thing in a way as I still have far too much from last year and I really shouldn't be spending any more even it is kinda free.
However, today I thought I would just have a nosey in my mum's local store and see what little items they had reduced. Went in and by the front there was a little rack of crap reduced. I went searching for the clearance labels and found loads by the dental stuff.

I got 3 x Oral B toothbrushes, medium softness, £1.96 each but 342 and also 3x colgate green box 81p each also 342. There were loads of other toothbrushes, aquafresh and colgate whitening toothpastes, that 2 coloured mouthwash, boots brand mouthwash, Kids 6+ yrs toothbrushes and paste and also some dental floss... all reduced and on 342. I don't know if this is in all stores, but I went into S'drug after to compare prices and there weren't any of the toothbrushes I just bought (oral B massage ones with the rubber bits on the edge) so they may be old stock and changing packaging etc?

    Anyway, HTH somebody.
(OT: why does half term go by so quickly but term time is so sloooooooooooooow?????)
  • A few Olay GWps avilable in Wrexham high street and loads of them in Broughton, however for some bizarre reason the ones in Broughton are by the Max Factor stuff. Managed to get 3 today with olay face washes using wrinklies.

Wrexham hight street had loads of reduced avene stuff on clearance upstairs along with loads of camera memory cards. Downstairs they had those feet sets for £2.44 on clearance and bachs remedy sets for £3.xx
Broughton very poor for any bargains except Olay GWP
Got last 2 NC cupcakes from wrexham ind park one, SA checked and they had no more in stock. No others to be seen

Hi AM - The Bachs remedies - do you know if it is the yellow box set or the blue bag set?

    TIA

This is a do-it-yourself test for paranoia: you know you've got it when you can't think of anything that's your fault.

Yep there are a few Aberdeen Boosters on here, me included!!!
Heya! its great to hear from another Aberdeen Bootser :T
Have you noticed any of the anti fatigue sets that are on 342 scanning at 3.** in any of the Aberdeen stores?

Also have you used any S and G vouchers recently on minis? They end tomorrow but i havent tried in a while and was wondering if they still put it through as a Boots coupon if they dont scan?

I used the SS tills the other day, love them! Have you or any other Aberdeen bootsers used the hairys on model me and got the points added manually too?

Does anyone happen to have any 'hairys' that they dont want?Would really appreciate a PM if so. I can check my ACM offers tomorrow to see what it gives me and i wud be happy to swap vouchers.

    TIA

Thanks for all the gorgeous ladies that told me about the YORK stores last night after I asked. I went to one in the City Centre and saw 1 x L'Oreal Men's Expert bag thing. Tried it, but the silly thing went through at £14something. How rude indeed!

Mimi, I have one of these if you would like it. No longer have a man I can give it to:cry: so it's sat all lonely and unwanted in my desk drawer - all yours if you want it, but can't send it until Monday.
Have you ever been to the Llanishen retail park store? Last week they had RoC sets reduced and the Olay cream wash for £5.86 or whatever it costs. They had Toni & Guy reductions too.

All the Caerdydd bootsers, the ROC is still reduced and they have T&G and MM reduced too, although very small selection left. The Bay had a similar range too in the reduced section at the end of the store.

PS TS Long Hair Serum (I can hear the groans from here as I think we all have lots of this) was free with a hairie on the normal haircare shelves in Llanishen Boots.

Also when I got home there was a sample from Boots of Olay Regenerist wrinkle filler with a 500 points coupon to use in Boots on any Olay Regenerist product. Has anyone else got this and have they tried it with the £5 off wrinklie for say the thermal polisher at £6 odd.... which I would have to pay about £1 something and get 500 points back?
    TIA.......

Hi, I tried it today but stupid coupon beeps (tbh I think it would beep any any Regenerist product), SA wouldn't let me use both so I paid £6.99 and got 24 points and the 500 manually added. HTHs
