Thanks for all the gorgeous ladies that told me about the YORK stores last night after I asked. I went to one in the City Centre and saw 1 x L'Oreal Men's Expert bag thing. Tried it, but the silly thing went through at £14something. How rude indeed!

Saw some Wilkinson Sword Razors on clearance, some skincare stuff and some No7 bits and pieces. Nothing else that was special.

Anyway, don't know if anyone uses GARNIER NUTRITIONIST EYE ROLL ON's (the one they supposedly sell every 15 seconds), they are on at just less than half price at Boots, about £4.70? Get some if you use them and bag some PURPLE vouchers in the process.

Didn't have a good shop today. I had had a £5 ACM voucher and found some
No7 Protect & Perfect Anti Ageing Facial Sun Protection for £3 on the clearance shelf. I tried to use the voucher with it and the SS wouldn't accept it. I then took it to the SA till but she wouldn't allow it either. She told me to take it to the No7 counter but I'd been embarrassed enough. I had also picked up some mints and tissues so that I'd be able to get the new voucher so it wasn't like I was totally taking the mic. Is this something new they've just implemented in the Boots crackdown or was I unlucky?

For sophisticated and other Cardiff bootsers, there're loads of Gillette putting set, at the bottom shelf of the Gillette promotion stand by the aisle. Tried to get one with two shaving bottles but dragon SA wouldn't let. I asked what do I have to buy to get it. She and the other male SA said I have to buy the razors

Anyway went in today and this time had a nice SA, similar to alliz's list, got the following

So paid £5.91 and got 420 pts back, in boots logic paid £1.71 , got another wrinklie and perkie also

Cardiff store started having no7 sun stuff reduced. HTH.

Not many bargains I could see in Fort. Couldn't find any clearance shelf at all anymore? Seems to have vanished with the new baby section. They were offering triple points on £20 baby spend though if that helps anyone.

No really cheap Natural Collection left I could see, shower gels were around £1.49. No reduced handwash or s and g I could find either. Plenty of putting kits though if anyone still needs.

Got a skin analysis at new machine, no appointment necs. Pretty painless, and I was just three years older than my actual age which I was bloomin' delighted with all things considered! You also get some decent sized La Roche (maker of Vichy etc) samples too in a nice wee pack at end so worth it. SA was really nice and it was pretty quick.

Also noticed Loreal assistant doing wee bits of makeup on people and giving a free gwp...no opportunity for me to nab one otherwise sadly!

I picked up some £5 off £25 spend vouchers if anyone needs pm me. Shame I couldn't spot any real bargains but maybe some of you more eagle eyed types will! Fort defo seems to be shying away from clearance items at mo.

E.K town centre did have labels for some reduced S and G and Natural Collection but all gone today. Did get P and P serum thanks to voucher a lovely lady on forum kindly sent (thanks again) so used that with new No7 voucher and paid £8.50 and 250 points and gwp. Very happy with that.

Also, when I bought something else, handed in double points coupon i had forgotten to use, then No7 vouchers I only got points for what I actually spent, not what I would have spent before vouchers. Know someone else mentioned something similar. Not sure if it was just me or it has always been like this.

Lovely lady in E.K gave me two wrinklies as she said she wouldn't use in time, which was fab. I then passed one on to another lady. Also got the brag books bogof at £2.49 which I know is full price but I couldn't find reduced anywhere.
Stupid question but how do you fit all your vouchers in easily? Do you just fold everything in quarters? Thinking I have maybe picked up the wrong ones.

I believe its the same in all Boots, the voucher is not valid on the P&P sun range. Only know this as I asked a sales assistant in one of the Newcastle stores to try it when they first came out and the till said "no"! I think others have also posted that it wasn't accepted on the sun range. HTH

Thanks jessie_yi, I'm coming home next week so I will investigate! Is this in the mens aisles by the sandwiches?

after my week in leeds with uneventful bootsing i got home about 30 minutes ago to find a £25 gift card from boots for cancelling my order in 75% off sale!!!

I think you just have to fold them up a lot if you use those mini brag books. I use a 6x4 photo album for my vouchers -- big coupons go one to page, little ones go 2 or 3 to a page.

Well done suepernan how do you keep getting things to work when i can't? When you used ur acm voucher in a tiny shop did it have a acm? As our tiny local won't let me use my voucher as they don't have a machine.

No reduced NC in BOT well there was empty spaces so must have had some but gone now.

Kitiaracat, hi. Your store's totally wrong refusing your ACM vouchers. geordie_lass, myself, and numerous others, have quoted from Boots own website that ACM vouchers can be used in any Boots store.

I'll look it up again and ask CPG if she can perhaps add it to the opening posts. But if I was you, I'd estimate how much you've possibly lost by their ignorance of their own rules, and ring CS.
