I ordered a Tron watch from them 6 weeks ago & still no delivery even though I am about 1/2 hour drive from them. I did telephone them 2 weeks ago & was told they were expecting the stock from the supplier very soon & let me know via my e-mail addy when it arrives but they haven't.
Now the phone line is a recorded 'busy' message.
I have taken advise from this forum & e-mailed offers@freebiegifts.co.uk in the hope of some positive outcome.
I can't see how this sham of a company can take payment for items they do not have. I will report this to Advertising standards if no positive outcome & advise others to do the same as I expect this company rely on people forgetting about their orders or not bothering to chase them up & waving their cash goodbye.
I will never order from them again! :mad:Puddle Jumper 10 -
I ordered one of these from Expansive Media on 9th May and have heard nothing.
I also ordered the same bag from another firm "MediaPromos.co.uk" on 6th June as a gift fro my friends son and have heard nothing from them either.
At least they were both paid with credit card so I can take it forward - I know its only £1.99 each but my son was hopping with excitement at getting this bag

It seems to me that Expansivemedia have conned lots of people out of money sent to them for items purchased but never recieved. I ordered an item in april and have not recieved it, I have Emailed them 3 times but to no avail. I would warn everyone not to deal with this firm.0

What's the point of external storage with cloud computing?
Some of us feel that putting up sensitive pics/documents/files on the internet is madness and prefer using a USB stick!
I'm not that suprised to see my old thread is still going, even though I got my stick in the end it certainly wasn't the advertised size, it was much smaller.0 -
