Yes as others have recommended, these problems are simply solved by emailing [EMAIL="offers@freebiegifts.co.uk"]offers@freebiegifts.co.uk[/EMAIL] and a 'Sarah' mysteriously sorts you out.

She emailed me from her own address at one stage ([EMAIL="sarah@expansivemedia.com"]sarah@expansivemedia.com[/EMAIL] ) but possibly save this for higher level problems / non contact

By the way I ordered the 'free' digital camera (£14.98 P&P) but when it eventually arrived it was just in a white A4 envelope, posted 2nd class, not even a basic own brand jiffy bag which would have been a much better job (the camera is tiny).

A friend suggested to me this may be a homeworking job, its difficult to know but possibly this is someone's bread and butter so try to be polite.
I have always admired my mother for her kind way with (usually unwanted) callers at the door.

I have also now received my digital camera which I ordered for my 7 year old granddaughter. I am quite happy with the look of the camera considering the cost. The camera worked ok taking photographs and am able to view on the camera display, however after installing the software onto a laptop and attached the usb lead the computer could see the camera but could find no photographs. I have since installed the software on two other computers and following the instructions step by step with just the same results.
I emailed Sarah last Thurs. 21.01.10 to date have had no response.
Will give her until 27th Jan. if no reply will repack and return and ask for all money to be returned.
My camera also came in a flimsy envelope which was split open in two places. Lucky it got here.

I also ordered the Digital Cameras and haven't received them. I ordered mine on the 7th Dec 2009! I have sent an email to the addresses given on here and hopefully I will receive a response. Can anyone tell me which newspaper they were from, I can't remember if it was the daily mail, express or telegraph. Thank you

It was the Daily Express. I ordered mine 5th December, received it about a week ago.

I emailed the freebie address and received my camera the following day, strange how quickly they can sort things out when you email the right person!!

Unfortunately, Expansive Media are not taking my emails (two) to them regarding a faulty digital camera seriously. By the law of averages dealing in the number of products they are, some of their product IS going to be faulty, and should be dealt with in a professional manner, but to date they seem not to want to know. My emails have been addressed to Sarah both times.
Looks like I may have to pursue this through other channels.

I ordered a video camera from Expansive Media as part of Daily Telegraph offer, and camera doesn’t work, and Expansive Media are not answering emails about this. Sherlock Holmes gift pack also ordered from Expansive Media (on 22nd December) again, as part of a Daily Telegraph offer. Not delivered yet (but they have taken my money!), and have tried chasing this up by email on DT website, but get error message when try to send email through DT contact form. Has anyone got direct email address to DT promotions?

Hi Thanks to you all for your shared experiences, I have been waiting for the Harry Potter set through Daily Telegraph, only since the 3rd February, but wondered if anyone else had ordered or received theirs?

It appears that I am not alone in having problems with this company, I ordered a satnav via Captain Cash in The News of the World, they wrote and said they couldn't fulfil the order and to send them my World Pay transaction ID for a refund which I did and still nothing a month later.The News of the World aren't much better, they have been as helpful as a chocolate teapot, I suppose I will have to bite the bullet and say goodbye to my money.

I have been waiting over 4 weeks for a media player I ordered, they will not return E-mails,
