He then got me to change souls with someone else so I would re-gain enthusiasm and passion........lots of very sad looking trapped souls then went by in a big glass box as the soul from someone in an alternative universe who looked like me floated up and swapped in the air with mine.......
ok - anyone know of a cheap straight jacket to take me off in?! :rotfl:
That's quite a profound dream actually.

I was knackered when I woke up - it felt like i'd been dreaming it all night (it was incredibly detailed) even though I know that apparently we only remember the bit just before we wake up."Stay Wonky":D

Well wow im shocked, my DH who normally only displays shows of selfishness, laziness and self absorbtion, has organised to take me out tonight!!
Not only has he booked a table in a very nice restaurant ( and put away the money to pay for it which is nothing short of amazing ), he has booked us into the VIP suite at the cinema afterwards to watch slumdog millionaire.
All this on top of organising a babysitter, which I didnt even know he was capable of.
I actually went upstairs to check to see if my real husband was in still in bed where he usually is on a Sat morn.
Very very strange goings on in our house today!!
He's been taken over by one of the pod people!! Flee your house and never sleep again!!!"Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

Burlesque_Babe wrote: »you are right!! I've never done the girly chat type thing etc and I don't need to use it for work and I usually speak to family via email or FB. I used to be on a contract until about 3 years ago and that was around £11 a month for 50 texts per month and 300 minutes any network per month! I used to use about 5 minutes if I was lucky which is why I went to PAYG when I was debt busting - only a small saving but it was worth it.
Bookie - this is the menu.....
nibbles before dinner (no chance of it being any kind of 'worthwhile' nibble :rotfl: )
Starter - Pan fried Peking duck breast on a bed of leaves
Main - Beef en croute topped with cranberries, goose fat saute potatoes, drunken devils, pigs in blankets, creamed leeks, gravy.
pud - Belgian chocolate pots and strawberries.
To be honest, I'm using up bits from Christmas from the freezer (nibbles, duck, beef, goose fat, pigs in blankets), bits already in the house and so it only cost me £6 from the supermarket yesterday for the cream, leaves, strawberries, chocolate.
Pud is done and in the fridge and duck is marinating in a mix of bits i've randomly chucked together to make a chinese marinade!!!
Oh sorry BB - hope I didn't offend you ?
Meal sounds lovely although I don't believe you do the "randomly chucked together" bit.

I just wondered if there was a way that they picked up signals if you see what I mean.
Every major mobile operator has it own network (ones like Virgin just buy time on some other network). If your mobile network (Orange) for example doesn't cover where you are standing at the time, you get "Emergencies Only". There is *someone* who is covering where you're standing, just not the one you're subscribed to. That's why you can still make emergency calls. Of course "No signal" is no signal...
If you go abroad, you use *anyones* mobile network - but pay for the privilege of course.
What your daughter needs to do, is to find out *which* french mobile network her Tesco phone is connecting to (it'll be buried in the Network configuration option in her phone), and then to get a subscription through them.
Then it should work."Follow the money!" - Deepthroat (AKA William Mark Felt Sr - Associate Director of the FBI)

oh, blimey - not at all!!I've never been a big phoner user, I speak to my parents once every 2 or 3 weeks and then just exchange emails after that. Also 'speak' to my brother and sisters via email/FB unless it's Christmas/birthdays.

oh, I do many randomly chucked bits togetherThe marinade was the last spoon of oyster sauce in the bottle, washed out with the last couple of spoons of olive oil, few big splashes of soy, tsp of honey, small squirt of garlic puree and a spoonful of chopped ginger. Haven't a clue how it will taste but it should be ok (fingers crossed!)
