First instance to me would be that you already hold 3 Current Accounts within Halifax Bank of Scotland and this is the limit for any one customer.
This can cause a decline.0 -
Customer Relations is the department for complaints, not for under writing decisions.0

I always complain to the underwriters about problems with the customer relations department.

Customer relations will look at a complaint in regards to under writing, but under writing make the decisions on accounts etc.
Entitled to contact either department if you like though0
