    What can you say about that, what a bummer. Not sure what I would have done in the same situation, but your right to be angry!

    Really sorry that this has happened, but you never know, it may make your will even stronger, and point your brother in the direction of this thread and he may be in for a surprise to! is he younger than you?

    Yes he is younger than me Kev but definately old if enough to know what he is doing if u see what i mean.....

    Just pi**ed off that ive had to fork out £1200 to bail him out when in all honesty i would let him face the consequences if he wasnt living with my mum......:mad:

    right just looked at my bank account and i think i might end up slightly over drawn by £25 this month because i went on a golf driving range and played Pool as well yseterday, not going to be too depressed over it cos i get my overtime at the end of this month so will be able to pay off a massive amount of my loan this month. So my chin is up and being held high :)

    spent £4 today cos i didnt get up to make my lunch after yesterdays fiasco with my brother......

    I still havent heard from Capital One what do u peeps think should i phone them up?

    Can't hurt mate. It took about 6 weeks to get my HSBC card! :eek:

    well i had a phone call yesterday saying that he was grateful for me doing it, but then he had the cheek to start complaing about the costs involved, i wouldnt mind but if he paid the £50 fine when he got it, it wouldnt have escalted by £1150 !!!!
