Right just come back from the Bank and managed to get them to refund the charge for my bank account for this month. Ive asked them to look into whether or not i can claim any other charges back cos ive had the account 3 years and basically ive wasted £360 in not doing anything about this account :(

Cant believe ive wasted so much money over the years

Well crossed fingers Barclays are going to get someone from there complaints department to give me a call and see if they can get any of these charges refunded.

Crossed fingers but i doubt that i will get anything as it was on my statements. although i have learned to check my statements so ive learnt my lesson in that regards.

You should be able to get it all back. Visit www.bankactiongroup.com for info on how to do it! I'm in the process of claiming back £250 from 'grabby bank' as they are known on the forum!

Loubie my charges were for a monthly "fee" for apprent special services the account gave like "Will Writing Services", Life Assurance , Holiday insurance, etc, etc

So can i claim the £10 a month that i was paying for this account for 3 years??
