£2.47 was for a tupperware tub so i can take pasta Salads into work and save my self some more money so im not to worried about that, i even managed to pick my self up some scones that were reduced to 20p from £1.10.picked up two packs of sandwich ham as they were 2 for £3 and got some peppers £1.18 and some salad as well as some black pepper to give my salad a nicer taste lol

    James,

Dont be afraid to give the value brands a go, I use the value plastic food containers and they are less than £1. Food is good too, value peppers fine. For anyone interested in trying value products for the first time, [post=1555097]THIS[/post] thread is a good read. Its all about which value products are good, some of them are things you wouldnt even think they do in the value range.eg.clothes pegs and tin foil.

I generally start my weeks of going from Monday to Sunday even though i get paid this Tuesday. Altohugh March kinda looks like a bit of a long month though......so i am going to try my hardest to keep to the £20 a week this coming month.......

yeah know how you feel with the birthday thing, just got my brothers out of the way but got another brothers due in April, so am going to have to budget in for that.

Although, going to the bank today to pay in some 5p that ive collected cos i fancied a Pizza on Saturday and drew £10 out to get it. So im off down the bank this lunchtime to replace the £10 with the 5p ive collected.
