What about chicken stews or casseroles with vegs and dumplings, a nice homemade pie with stewing beef and onions or chicken and mushrooms.. sausage and mash, sausage casserole with tinned tomatoes and baked beans.. pork loin with jacket potatoes and veg..
Actually now you say that my OH won't eat pasta but he will eat tinned spaghetti..... lol go figure that one..#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j

You are good for ideas, have to admit. Yes he eats fish, eggs, he's not bad really. But anything ourside my comfort zone is NOT a good idea as (although I bet yud never have guessed this ) cooking is not my thing ! :rotfl::rotfl:If I try experiments then things temd to go to hell rapidly.

Mardatha, I agree with some of the others: if your man is so restricted in his choices chuck some recipe books at him, tell him what his budget is and have him decide what the menu should be for a week or two. And he cooks it. Meanwhile, you're relaxing on the sofa eating sweeties where you belong.0 -
he knows what he likes and what he can't eat, send him to the shop with the weeks budget and get him to cook for a change0
